1. How can I get your samples?
We supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
We'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight if the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars. We will send the samples to you as soon as we receipt of your payment.
If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.You also can send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and the destination.
3. How can I get your Quotation Sheet?
Please send us your inquiry with detailed requirements by email or fax , we will offer you our price list, offer sheet and order information as soon as possible.
4. Could we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Our Logo and imprints or your logo, company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton box. There is a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing free. The detail minimum order quantity is different according to the size of the packing. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi mini.).
5. How to place an order?
You can send us your purchase order by email or fax. You also can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. Please supply us with following information for your order:
* Shipping information : company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information : model numbers, quantity, unit price and price term
* Delivery time required
* Payment
* Forwarder's contact details if necessary
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. If necessary, we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. We will supply you with the information of transportation in time.
7. How can the products be sent to us?
*The products can be sent usually by courier,by air to the airport near you or by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, and destination (airport or sea port).

Sorry, we are an exporter and manufacturer only. We don't accept retail order.
